Mr. Englund is a highly accomplished entrepreneurial executive, with more than twenty years of experience building companies and bringing disruptive technologies to market. As President and CEO of Footmarks, Mr. Englund is shaping the future of the retail industry by harnessing the power of mobile presence to personalize the in-store shopping experience and empower the associate. Prior to Footmarks, Mr. Englund was Founder and CEO of LearnLive Technologies, a leading SaaS solution providing compliance, learning management and web-delivery of accredited eLearning programs for the world’s largest Accounting and Law firms. LearnLive Technologies was acquired by Thomson Reuters. As an active member in his local community, Mr. Englund acts as an advisor to several Seattle-based early stage companies and is a member of the Board of Directors at the Woodland Park Zoo. Mr. Englund received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington State University.

Bharat brings to Microsoft deep and broad leadership experience in Retail covering store operations, supply chain management, merchandising, and information technology management. At Microsoft, Bharat develops thought leadership on key business and technology issues facing the industry and advises global retail and consumer companies on using Internet of Things(IoT) technologies for business transformation. Prior to Microsoft, Bharat led Cisco’s Business Consulting and Technology Innovation group for Retail and Consumer industries. Bharat’s prior executive positions include leading product management for GlobalNetXchange (GNX), the industry’s first SaaS Supply Chain & Procurement Exchange and various leadership roles at Sainsbury’s in the UK. Bharat holds an MBA from City University, London and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Lancashire, UK.

Leading the Microsoft ‘through partner’ IoT strategy and scale initiatives. We are looking to partner with great companies to produce impactful and repeatable end-to-end IoT Solutions together. We provide: expertise; process; development assistance; clarity of vision; co-investment; ecosystem matchmaking; and program management capabilities to enable our partners to achieve more, together. My team is responsible for delivering the strategy, business development efforts, programs and tools that enable our partner facing organization to scale, and help more partners deliver their best.

GM of IoT Device Experience, Microsoft 

Tom O’Reilly is a General Manager of the IoT Device Experience team globally at Microsoft. Tom leads the global field marketing and breadth sales teams that work with our IoT ecosystem to help OEM’s, ISV’s, SI’s, Distributors and Aggregators learn about and build devices, services and implement cloud solutions on the Azure platform. His management responsibilities include business development, sales, channels and alliances. Tom has extensive experience in the information technology industry. Prior to joining Microsoft, Tom held a variety of global and regional senior executive positions including sales, marketing, business operations, business transformation and application development within multinational companies such as Amazon Web Services, Dell and Lenovo. Originally from Sydney Australia, Tom has lived and worked in China, Singapore and the US for more than 15 years.
